Shipping and Returns

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

The pieces are made to order.

Order processing time varies depending on whether the item is available on stock or needs to be designed to order.

– Parts in stock:

Processing time: 1-2 days.

– Processing time to design the parts:

• Small creations: 4 to 5 days;
• Large creations: 5 to 10 days (bracelets, necklaces…).

2. SHIPPING POLICY: Canada & US

Shipping within Canada is $10 CAD, with a Tracking number included.

Shipping to the US is $15 CAD with a Tracking number included.

Modäya Creations uses Canada Post to ship orders to Canada and the United States.
Pieces are shipped with either Expedited Parcel, XpressPost or Priority.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

It is important to note that international shipping can take 7-21 business day to be delivered, this does NOT include the additional time it takes to process your order.

This time MAY be increased due to customs in your country.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Eventual customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Modäya Creations is not liable for delays caused by customs. These charges are considered a separate transaction and are not the responsibility of Modäya Creations.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

UPDATE: Due to COVID 19 pandemic situation, there will be no returns and exchanges. To keep our customers and ourselves safe, we must take proper precautions. 

6. PRIVACY POLICY:

Your information is respected and will not be shared/sold to other party/vendor and will only be used for communicating with you with regards to your purchases with us.

Modäya Creations is a registered business. As the artist/designer/maker, we retain full copyright of our work and this copyright is not licensed without our written permission, including upon purchase of the pieces we make.
